Major changes

Changes in this release:

• Fixed the known issue of the program freezing when scanning a large number of ports;
• Greatly improved the performance of the port scanning;
• Added an adjustable timeout setting;
• Improved the UI;
• All strings are now localizable through resource files;
• Added support to Portuguese language;
• Added more ports to the known ports list.
