Added Dockerfile with docker-compose for easy volume mounts for input/output. The README could probably have more details. It would be nice if the output-dir could be changed to default to output-video - but it seems relative paths are not working for output - so that makes it a bit tricky.

Hi,

Thanks for the PR - this would be very useful but I'm afraid I can't accept it as-is because I'm not sure of the legality of the ubnt_ubvinfo on archive.org - it doesn't appear to have been uploaded by Ubiquiti directly (and I'm especially wary because Ubiquiti very deliberately purged all .deb versions of x86 Protect from their repository).

As I mentioned in #6 I have been reverse engineering the .ubv format with the aim of removing the ubnt_ubvinfo dependency, and I'm hoping to get a version of that up and running soon - at which point I think this PR could be amended

Thanks for the info @petergeneric - I wasn't aware of the issues with archive.org
