AMI project structure

AMI uses CProjects (often a corpus) containing CTrees (often documents).

directories

A simple example (from https://github.com/petermr/ami3/tree/master/src/test/resources/org/contentmine/ami/zika2 )

CProjects and CTrees are simply controlled names for directories and their content: "The CProject zika2 contains 2 CTrees". This is about the simplest example and could have been created by getpapers. There is no required content in any directory

creating CProjects and CTrees.
