Facelift docs and remove Python demos & examples #22

Changelog

docs

  • Baked the time dilation notebook into a markdown page and added it to the docs.
  • Removed docs for python examples.
  • Changed the website font.
  • Updated a few technical docs.
  • Updated README.md.
  • Added some extra MkDocs plugins for markdown styling.
  • Removed Makefile and parts of the CI workflow that were related to iPy Notebooks and Python source code.

repo organization

  • Removed python examples.
  • Simplified the .gitignore for a Rust-only repo.
  • Moved bridge and engine subcrates into lib (probably broke something).
  • Reassigned galley subcrate to be examples (probably broke something).
