This folder includes the script for home range analysis of Gorilla groups using adehabitatHR R package and the implementation of an interactive data dashboard using flexdashboard and shiny runtime.
Features of the data dashboard includes:
- Calculating spatial home ranges and comparing home range sizes with data range control
- Calculating home range overlaps between groups (Clustering analysis) with data visualization
- Daily walking distance of groups with data visualization
It is the product from an internship position at Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund International.
