you can add NOAA id to the resort descriptor by running bin/fetch-noaa --overwrite <resort-slug> (ll needs to be configured in order for that to work)
opening date only matters for future dates and only in the fall before the season starts - for example if you were to configure it to 2024-11-1 liftie would not display the lift status before that data,
the opening entry can be safely skipped for newly added resorts
