Addition of new functionality to support the following feature enhancements:

Ability to hide the Data Classification screen Option to skip Data Classification, set default Classification and set default Visibility #59
Ability to set a default Visibility (per 'Provisioning Type') in the 'Provisioning Types' list Option to skip Data Classification, set default Classification and set default Visibility #59
Ability to hide the Choose Template screen Option to skip Choose Template Screen #60
Ability to set a default value for the Confidential Data option (Provisioning Types list) Option to skip Data Classification, set default Classification and set default Visibility #59
