• sets agents to CCX to the required amount of 0 - 10,000
• manipulates generated CUCM users to (de) activate it on CCX as an agent
• creates a team for every 10 agents generated
• 0 means removal of all generated users and teams from CCX
• non-generated users are not affected by the application
