PROF-shiny-app

Graphical User Interface (GUI) for PROF

To use the GUI, first clone and install the PROF package from our public repository: https://github.com/predsci/PROF

Once PROF is installed you can clone the PROF-shiny-app:

git clone https://github.com/predsci/PROF-shiny-app.git

and launch it by opening the ui.R script in an Rstudio session.
