Update README to add differences with other existing tools #28

Description

The question of how Hermes differs from other tools, such as Armiarma has been asked quite often, to the point where we had to make it explicit on #26.

In order to keep it more visible and expandable in the future, this PR aims to add those differences directly to the README file.
