We recently updated lots of contributor docs translations and organization.

Hi @limzykenneth, are there any translated documentations done in this PR could be included in the contributor_docs/hi or contributor_docs/hi/archive folders?

If yes, we can ask the Hindi translation stewards @TanviKumar and @Divyansh013 to review the particular translations. If not, we will close this PR for organizational purpose. Thank you!

I would say only custom_p5_build.md and supported_browsers.md are archive documentation still around although both are not very relevant at this point. The rest are all superceded by the newer documentations we have.
