Thanks for the VPP rebase !
As it's a VPP upgrade, could you make it so that the PR & commit message contain the VPP version (e.g. 24.02-rc0~186) and the list of notable changes in the diff ? As an example for last upgrade [0].
This is really useful when doing release notes, and digging for issues
