  • prevent initial alt whispers when the destination is not set
  • reduced traffic for warlock/clicker updates
  • made the player detection code aware of when a destination has been set and summons have happened so that initial summon list can be created before any locks are around and will now be protected from players detecting each other in major cities etc. and removing each other from the summon list.
