The format of the $FNAME_BACKUP in edgerouter-backup.conf should now be without the .tar.gz extension.

Added a backup of /config.
This generates a backup of the same format as downloading through the web interface, but I've modified the gzip options to ensure the file will hash the same if no changes have been made. This file is directly restorable through the web interface.
