Nanoparticles
Algorithm usually analyzes set of images from one sample. There is an example using three images.
Program uses boxplot and histogram of sizes for visualization of results.
Boxplot compares results from particular images:
Histogram shows size distribution across all the images from one set.
Algorithm also calculates mean value using median and interquartile range. These two values were chosen due to the robustness even if there are outliers. Program can detect these outliers and also detect, if there is larger amount of small structures, which can be seeds (from nanoparticles preparation.
