Actual support for 64bit

Running on 64bit systems is fine, but having working sound output is better.

After a long time, Sawteeth is back to blow your ears!

After the open sourcing of Sawteeth 1.2, this release fixes some bugs and gets the thing running on Haiku. Some of the items on the TODO list got squashed as well, and there were some changes to the user interface.

The sound engine remains unchanged (for now).
