SelectCfg Paramter
This PR reintroduces the
SelectCfgparameter to allow selection of the Chimera Configuration structure.Additionally, the
start.chimera_soc.tclfile has been modified to prevent-GSelectCfgfrom overwriting parameters with the same name in different modules.
