How to Install the Q Rapids Stratetic Dashboard gadget for Jira
There are several ways to deploy a gadge in Jira Tool. For example, using the Jira App Market, in this case you need to have a jar file or producing a XML link.
The command to install is: atlas-run
You can check if the gadget has been correctly deployed using the Manage addons and check if the gadget is in the list, the results should be similar to the following figure:
You need to find the gadget in the available gadgets list. You should identify the gadget by the Q-Rapids logo.
In order to have the gadget correctly working, you need to configure the project from where the data is going to be visualised. The Q-Rapids Strategic Dashoard has it own identifiers for the assessed projects.
The attributes you need to configure are:
- dashboard URL: URL where the dashboard is available
- project ID: the ID used by the dashboard to identify the corresponding project, the project can be selected from a list of assessed project. If the list is empty is because the dashboard URL is not well configured.
