With current_stable: '3.38' and current_ltr: '3.34':

Earlier versions of the documentation are also available as downloads: 3.36, 3.32, 3.30, 3.28, 3.26, 3.24, 3.22, 3.20, 3.18, 3.16, 3.14, 3.12, 3.10, 3.8, 3.6, 3.4, 3.2, 3.0

Another approach could be to just substitute Earlier versions of the documentation are also available as downloads: with Current and earlier versions of the documentation are also available as downloads: and list all the available versions.

Hi @3nids, I forgot this PR. Since also "current" and "ltr" are available as download, there was also an alternative approach suggested by me and @DelazJ to take the full list of versions and just replace the text with "Find all released versions as downloads at: " or "Current and earlier versions of the documentation are also available as downloads: ".

Or we can add the current and the ltr links to download the zips near
Documentation for current stable 3.38: https://qgis.org/pyqgis/3.38 (and as zip archive)
or something similar.
