This pull request changes the compat entry for the KrylovKit package from 0.6 to 0.6, 0.7.
This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.

Note: I have not tested your package with this new compat entry.
It is your responsibility to make sure that your package tests pass before you merge this pull request.

We are already restricted by a compat constraint with LinearSolve.jl so this should not be merged until we run tests on a version of LinearSolve that permits KrylovKit 0.7

see SciML/LinearSolve.jl#499
