Source of the organization README profile

profile/README.md is the source of the quarto-monash profile README at https://github.com/quarto-monash

The file is build from ORG-README.qmd using Github Action. Please modify the .qmd file to update the organization profile README.

Requirement

Only public repository will be listed in the Organization profile readme,
Description of the repository must be of the form Quarto template for ?<name> so that only the name is retrieved,
If a public repo must be ignored, add it to filter in ORG-README.qmd
