This repo comprises the exploratory study on the application of the DEA-method to the assessment of operational ANS performance at airports in Europe. The study was performed as a partial requirements for the complementary graduate course (Zusatzstudiengang) at the chair of Business Management, Quantitative Methods and Business Mathematics, at the open university (Fernuniversität) Hagen. The original study was drafted in German (as part of the requirements). Updates of this study will be mainly integrated in the English version.
Diese Repository beherbergt die Studie zur Anwendung der DEA-Methode im Umfeld der operative Dienstleistungsbewertung von Flugsicherungsdiensten in Europa. Diese Studie wurde als Teil der Anforderungen im wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Zusatsstudiengangs am Lehrstuhl Betreiebswirtschaftslehre, inbesondere quantitative Methoden und Wirtschaftsmathematik, an der Fernuniversität Hagen erbracht. Zukünftige Updates der Studie werden hauptsächlich in the englische Version eingepflegt werden.
