## Installation and set-up | ||
|
||
1. Install [JDK 17](https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/java-se-glance.html) or higher | ||
2. Download the latest release from the [releases page](https://github.com/rainman226/asa-bot/releases) | ||
3. Extract the zip file into a folder | ||
4. Get a Discord bot token from the [Discord Developer Portal](https://discord.com/developers/applications) | ||
5. Open a terminal and run the following command: | ||

java -jar asa-bot.jar "YOUR_DISCORD_BOT_TOKEN" | ||
``` | ||
