v0.2.0 - Composer

This is the first version of randomhost/icinga (previously known as PHP_Icinga) which is released as Composer package.

All code is unit tested with high code coverage and should not contain any major bugs.

Documentation has been written and should give a good idea on how the package is supposed to be used.
