Adding Arabic to translations

I don't have much experience in the translation field, But I wanna to be a maintainer/contributor in that project.
So I'm gonna share this pull-request in Arabic tech. communities (Facebook, Twitter).

• Open source experience: I haven't made any contributions but I'd like to begin contributing.
