Simplify fileMatch pattern for *.WORKSPACE.bazel files - Updated fileMatch to remove redundant path-matching pattern for *.WORKSPACE.bazel. - Simplified pattern to match all files ending with .WORKSPACE.bazel directly, reducing unnecessary flexibility.
