Understanding COVID-19 Effects on Mobility: A Community-Engaged Approach


This repository contains the code for Understanding COVID-19 Effects on Mobility: A Community-Engaged Approach which is under review at AGILE 2022.

Given aggregated privacy-protected mobile device data, we aim to understand the impact of COVID-19 policy interventions on mobility.


Steps to replicate results:

Mapping and analyzing human mobility changes:

Execute Mobility Reports.ipynb to replicate Figure 7 to 10 and Figure 16.

    Mobility Reports AGILE 2022.ipynb

Long-duration visits for outbreak and non-outbreak group:

Execute Outbreaks.ipynb to replicate Figure 11.

Observed and Predicted miles in traffic network:

Execute Traffic Network.ipynb to replicate Figure 13a to 13b using traffic_data.csv
