This register was renamed in some revision of RISC-V.

Currently compilation with a recent toolchain errors with:

arch/riscv/mm/context.c: Assembler messages:
arch/riscv/mm/context.c:101: Error: unknown CSR `sptbr'


          use register satp instead of sptbr
