- investigate what is pkgdiff and it's advantages
- get feedback on user experience of dnf POC plugin from community
- fix issues in plugin when any error in zsync occurs it will download repos in standard way
- announce it on fdl, let users try it and get feedback
- cherry-pick patches from other zsync forks
- create a library from it
- call zsync lib from librepo
- call zsync lib from createrepo_c
- file ticket to fedora infrastructure to use it
