Release Fixing Pindel Issues

• For Pindel Modifying the output to remove the END tag in INFO so Combine Variants does not fail.
• For Pindel default size of mutation has changed to 0 for 25
• For all make sure that there are two samples provided in the vcf
• Adding the new sample output for PINDEL

Modification of VCFs for MuTect and Pindel

This version gives a valid vcf for Pindel and in MuTect we now have a new Info tag of FAILURE_REASON which adds the reason from text file.

This release has been tested for running cwl after postprocess and adding of outputs.yaml and requirements.yaml
