  1. Remove Zjpm from RVM23U32 profile 

    There is no longer such an extension.  When the RVM23 profile is extended
to describe the privileged architecture, Ssnpm/Smnpm/Smmpm could be re-added.

  2. Update RVA23/RVB23 profiles to reflect new pointer-masking extensions 

    As a first cut, mandate PMLEN=7 only, to avoid circuit-delay implications when
targeting Sv57.
