1. most of the plugins has been rewritten.
2. bot api run all of the time to:
   • relay messages from supergroup
   • (fully) functional api bot outside the managed groups

Pre-compiled Package

Pre-compiled package is not portable yet, and it's only for 64 bit system. You still have to install dependencies as explained in Merbot Wiki.
