R-Ladies East Lansing is hosting an Accessible DataVis Meetup! Data visualizations and presentations are often unintentionally designed in a way that makes them inaccessible to a few participants. Come learn how to make your data visualizations and presentations accessible to everyone!

Our first speaker, Keke Wu (PhD student at Univ of Colorado, Boulder) will talk about her research, Understanding Data Accessibility for People with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), giving us concrete ideas about how to make better figures and reach the IDD community.
