# Changes to rockydocs_formatting.md (#1383)

* change title to "Document Formatting"
* change the `.pages` file to properly alphabetize the list based on the new title
* simplify some sentences
* remove most passive voice
* fix wording issues (Anna)
* changed many (not all) of the uses of "we" to "you"
