Modifications to ksnip.md (#2223)

* Number the menu selection items
* Use a table to identify the options according to their number or assumed number (7a, 7b, etc)
* clean up screen shots to remove personal information and remove unwanted background image artifacts
* rather than note in each option when there are optional changes available in the top menu, add a superscript and a reference at the bottom of the document
