Allow passing spec directly to various components

Follow up of #339

• No breaking changes, old options/props/imports should work
• Consistent props - "spec" /"id" should be allowed in all components and work everywhere
• Check other review comments - Improve types, doc, allow spec on ApiSchema, fix showExample #339
