Add support for znver1 and znver1_32 architectures

OpenMandriva offers a Ryzen-optimized variant of the distribution, so dnf needs to understand this architecture on OpenMandriva.

This is open for a really long time and still cannot be merged until the archs are supported across the whole stack - libdnf, rpm, libsolv. I prefer to close the PR and open a new one on dnf5 once these arches are supported in libsolv.
libsolv, rpm and dnf5 really should use the same shared library to handle arches... (https://github.com/rpm-software-management/libparch/tree/master/libparch)
