Pre-trained NIMA Weights File

The pre-trained InceptionResNetV2 NIMA weights file is provided by titu1994 and tfriedel in neural-image-assessment, deeply thanks for their contributions.

Notice: this file is exactly the same as provided above, it means that it isn't fine-tuned using Siamese NIMA described in this repository. You may need this weights file when you are trying to fine-tune the model with your own dataset, or simply test the codes with the pre-trained weights.
