Lilith 2.1 with DB22.01-beta.1

Lilith 2.1 code with preliminary database 22.01-beta.1 containing a few CMS results for full Run 2 luminosity.

Example codes adapted to work with new iminuit 2.x series as well as iminuit 1.x.
