Did you check the all the packages being requested actually exist correctly on the public repository?

Good catch, lwc-wire-service-sfdc-mocks doesn't exist. I've added it as a local package.

This should all the high severity issues. There are 2 medium ones caused by
@salesforce/sfdx-lwc-jest, i've updated to the latest version, the issues still exist. We can update it next time.
