The Clemens Apple IIgs project's goal is to provide a solid and feature-rich application and firmware debugger for IIgs enthuisasts.
Developers can use this emulator as a tool to develop their apps. Hardware developers can use tools such as execution tracing to understand firmware/ROM code.
As of this writing, I consider this project still in an ALPHA stage. There are still a couple big features missing like Serial I/O and ROM 01 support. Nevertheless, the emulator can run most IIGS and Apple II software (that the IIGS could run.)
