* Issue #141 Added Sleeveless and T-Shirts, Added Missing Emotes Male Body

I started working on a few additional assets for child characters (adding my hairstyles to all frames), but I switched over to finishing the first batch of shirts as well as the "Male" Emotes body model, so I opted to just merge these into one instead.

This adds the following:

1. Added XLong Ponytail and Tied Back to All Child Frames
2. Added "Emotes" to Male Body Assets
3. Added base body assets (IDK if this is needed but it makes it consistent with other directories)
4. Added T-Shirts From LPC Revised (4 variants)
5. Added Sleeveless Shirts Based on T-Shirts From LPC Revised (4 variants)
6. Added additional "custom" palette json (converting LPC Revised white palette to cloth paths)

I made the sleeveless shirts to make it easier to apply sleeves to all frames. All the shirts have the same style sleeves anyway. Longsleeve shirts as well as Polo/Cardigan coming soon. Leg assets will follow after.
