Added documentation for #179

I'm hoping this documentation is clean enough that it explains the purpose of why the animations key exists and what its purpose is for (filtering assets based on available animations), as well as alerting users who want to add new assets they only need to add animations they feel comfortable adding.

Also added ElizaWy's heater shield base, trim, and paint to all frames. I repositioned the existing assets to look cleaner, shifting some shield assets into the back and in some animations, putting the shield on the back such as in the spellcast, sit, and shoot animations. I think this looks better than the original positioning, tbh. Because the pattern no longer matches, this is in a separate location.

As a result of this, though, I also had to configure all of ElizaWy's palettes as well. These are in a new "revised" directory of the palettes subdirectory. Well, I don't know if I have all of them persay, but I have all the body colors, body alt colors, wood colors, and metal colors, which is a good chunk of the pre-existing LPC Revised palettes, in any case. So, hey, at least they're here if anyone wants to use them over the main palettes. But they're only being used currently for Heater Shield because bluecarrot kept those palettes in the first place.

I'll gradually work on getting the patterns up as well. That being said, I can also paste over the LPC Revised frames on the old positioning of the Heater Shield if desired. So we can have two positionings; my updated ones + the new frames, or the legacy positioning + the old frames. The new positioning is significantly different enough that it might be desired by some people to have both versions.

Personally, I was just trying to make the shield more consistent with LPC Revised. That meant having the shield on the left hand wherever possible, except where a weapon is being used, in which case its on the opposite hand the weapon is being used on. However, the shield was not on assets like sitting/emotes/climb, so on those I put it on the back because it makes more sense that way.
