Formal release of bug fixed version v1.02

This release incorporates the following fixes:

• Incorporates a longstanding PR to fix collision detection between robots and bullets
• Gameplay keys have been refined to match modern keyboards, particularly the pause/unpause and sound on/off keys.

The zip file includes the disc image, as well as the source code.
