Version 0 of the application

This version contains the following features:

• The login authorisation using github.
• The installation selection through github.
• We can display a file using markdown.
• We can save documentation and make reference to some lines of code.
• We listen to the webhook and automatically update the lines number refered.
• We can navigate in the documents created and in the github repositories.
