UPDATES

  • Default values for the algorithm are now parsed directly from the manifest.json file
  • Default for rotateBvecsWithCanXform is now 1=True
  • Label and descriptions have been added and updated in the manifest.json file
  • The build context no longer depends on the vistalab/mcr-v82 image, but now installs the MCR directly from source.
  • Build context has been slightly reorganized, with the addition of a source folder.
