Lestania enemies drop loot #256

Created loot tables for every enemy in Lestania (zone) and assigned them appropriate to their levels.
Will tackle dungeons/other areas once day/night is added.

If I missed anything, please inform me, @meecube on Discord.

If you're struggling to tell if you got the highest possible level of an enemies loot table, check for a + sign, on every single table once it hit the max level I add a + at the end, for some monsters this is level 1, for others its usually 80,
