First open version of MCKernel.

Features:

• Calculate seismic sensitivity kernels
• model parameters: vp, vs, lambda, rho, vph, vpv, vsh, vsv, eta
• meshes: Abaqus tetrahedral or triangular, Sigloch tetrahedral, curvilinear hexahedrons
• supports parallel NetCDF4 for reading on HPC systems, serial NetCDF4 for shared memory environments
• support for wavefield and waveform kernel interpolation (for plotting with Paraview)
• tested with gfortran 4.8 and ifort 15.0
