docs: Add new advertising guide for Minecraft and update related .astro files

Description

As per my suggestion in Admincraft, I wrote a new advertising guide for Minecraft servers. It lists advertising methods and breaks down their effectiveness, as well as how to properly utilize them. I tested on a local dev server, so it should not have any issues. Feel free to tweak if you there's anything you'd like to correct or add.
