Release v0.2

Initial release. Almost all functionality is there. There may be some quirkiness or a bug here and there but is more or less stable. (I've been using it in a batari Basic project to create/edit the sprites and playfields and haven't had any issues)

Please feel free to report any issues with this build and I'll address them in the next release.
